Delivery, warranty and returns
Delivery
We ship from Leeds on a pallet network. Standard UK mainland delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands may add 2 days. Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day enter the dispatch queue the same afternoon.
Freight cost depends on weight and postcode. We quote it before you commit. Single small items under 30 kg can go by parcel carrier, usually arriving within 2 working days.
Warranty
All structural products (decks, legs, truss, base plates, winches) carry a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Consumables and soft goods (skirts, non-slip sheets, cable ramps) are covered for 12 months.
The warranty does not cover damage from overloading beyond the published SWL, outdoor corrosion on non-galvanised items left unprotected, or modifications made after purchase.
Returns
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt. We refund the product price once the goods arrive back at our warehouse and pass inspection. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
UK mainland orders arrive in 3 to 5 working days via pallet network. Lighter items under 30 kg ship by parcel carrier and typically arrive within 2 working days. Remote postcodes (Highlands, islands) may add a day or two. We confirm the expected date when we send your tracking link.
What does the warranty cover?
Structural items are warranted for 24 months against defects in materials or workmanship. Soft goods and consumables get 12 months. The warranty does not apply if the item has been overloaded beyond its rated SWL, modified, or left outdoors without protection on non-galvanised surfaces.
Can I pay by purchase order?
Yes. We accept purchase orders from registered companies, local authorities and educational institutions. Send your PO by e-mail and we will issue a pro-forma invoice. Payment terms are 30 days net from invoice date for approved accounts. New customers may be asked to pay the first order upfront.
Are the listed prices inclusive of VAT?
Every price on this page includes UK VAT at 20 %. Your invoice will show the net amount, the VAT amount and the gross total separately. If you are VAT-registered and buying for export outside the UK, contact us for a VAT-exempt quote.
Can I try equipment before committing to a full order?
We keep sample decks and truss sections at our Leeds warehouse. You are welcome to visit by appointment, inspect the products, and test assembly. We do not currently offer a paid trial-hire programme, but we can arrange a single-unit purchase so you can evaluate the product on site before ordering in quantity.
What after-sales support do you provide?
We supply load-test certificates and assembly guides with every structural product. If something breaks under warranty, we ship a replacement and provide a prepaid return label for the faulty item. Our technical line is open Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 for questions about load ratings, assembly sequences or compatibility between components.
